For this project, we designed and developed a scalable medical platform for an Irish client expanding telemedicine services across multiple locations. The goal: manage 5 independent clinic websites through one secure central operations hub, all connected dynamically with bookings, payments, patient data and video consultations.

🔍 Challenge:

Centralize all operations: bookings, payments, and member management.

Eliminate manual duplication for each clinic.

Keep each clinic’s site unique but fully integrated into the same ecosystem.

Automate sync with Zoom/Google Meet for online appointments.

💡 My Role & Solution:

Planned the multi-site architecture: 1 central panel + 5 connected clinics.

Built a dynamic CMS to store clinic data, services, staff, bookings & payment status.

Developed custom dashboards for admin control using Wix Velo + Members Area.

Integrated Wix Bookings with secure payment flow and automated reminders.

Designed a responsive UX/UI that feels premium and easy to navigate — works desktop & mobile.

Delivered documentation so the client’s internal team can update everything in-house.

✅ Impact: The platform allows the client to handle hundreds of appointments across multiple clinics with zero manual duplication, saving time and boosting patient experience. A future-proof scalable system, fully owned by the client.
