C-EHRN is a European civil society network and centre of expertise in drug use, harm reduction and social inclusion, founded in 2004 in Amsterdam.
The network brings together over 200 organisations across Europe and neighbouring countries: research institutes, healthcare providers and policy makers. This makes it an important player in policy development, training and programme implementation.
Problem
Network members are overwhelmed by the amount of content and projects, preventing them from benefiting from insights and coordination.
Solution
For C-EHRN, we redesigned the brand and website, paying special attention to UX and simplifying the structure.
We structured the content around three key entities - resources (events, podcasts, webinars), network members (local organisations) and projects. By linking them together, we made interaction more transparent and convenient.
We have worked out in detail the filtering of materials based on the needs of network participants and designed a convenient feed. For example, an organization working with homeless people and harm reduction can quickly find the necessary materials.
