The Client wanted to design a web app for a new startup in the property management space in Kenya. Pata Boma Manager ("Find Home" in Swahili) revolutionises how property owners manage their real estate portfolios through an intuitive web-based platform.

We started with a mood board to understand the client's design preferences and the local real estate market's visual language. The process involved collecting inspiration from successful property management platforms while incorporating elements that would resonate with the East African market.

Early on in our wire framing we realised that we would require a total of 3 UI flows, one for the landlord, one for the tenant and the final one for a property manager.

Following the wireframing, the design process evolved through several iterative stages focused on creating an intuitive user experience. High-fidelity mockups were developed in Figma, incorporating the established design system with careful attention to component hierarchy and visual flow. The dashboard layouts were optimised for different user roles, ensuring landlords, caretakers, and tenants each had access to their most frequently used features at a glance.

We including a horizontal navigation bar that allowed any user to quickly navigate to key pages which had only one to two Primary Actions
