To create a clear and persuasive narrative, I researched the target audience and their pain points using competitors' websites, social media pages, review sites, and so on to figure out what customers are complaining about and what they are happy about with the present solutions in the market. I also checked forums to eavesdrop on the discussion of the target audience to understand our they speak about the problem and what messages will resonate with them. With this information, I created a clear and concise value proposition for EcoClean and developed a messaging hierarchy that structured our communication into primary, secondary, and tertiary messages.
