La Promenade Fleury - Website Redesign

The SDC Promenade Fleury, this non-profit organization brings together 250 businesses on the Fleury Est. commercial artery in Ahuntsic, Montreal. With this new design, each business has its own personalized page to be known to their customers. What better way to encourage local buying in your neighborhood.

I worked on this project as UI/UX Designer throughout the project cycle from researching and requirements gathering to, wire-framing, ui designing and prototyping.

With many businesses in the neighbourhood, it can be difficult to reach all of them and know all the info needed as opening time , contact info , — etc . la Promenade Fleury website aimed to facilitate and solve this issue by gathering all the businesses in one platform, giving the users the ability to search easily using categorization and filtering process

Starting with the research stage, knowing more about different competitors in the same field and different market , exploring the old website content and using the appropriate UI design patterns to organize all the data we aimed to preview on the website

Categorization feature Which make it easier for the user to make their search results scoped to what they need

With large number of businesses and as each category has multiple services included, filter was a purpose to narrow the search scope and keep the users focused on what the looking for

From this project, I had a valuable experience of testing with actual users in the actual environment this application is designed to be used.
