During this project, I created a custom workshop for the Facilitation company Orchestra ( https://www.heyorchestra.com/
The workshop was built to show individuals how customer feedback is only meaningful when captured from the customer perspective and how some tools like mapping and using customer personas can help put the feedback in the context of how they interact with our business. Finally, we used the feedback to connect it to business goals.
This workshop will be executed by the Facilitation company on different projects and has received great feedback from the first groups who have experienced it.
