Identifying Business Challenges and Strategizing Solutions to Meet Market Demands and Address Client-Specific Problems

Objective: Enhance customer engagement and optimize service delivery of Simple Lens by packaging services into structured product offerings, thereby making resources more accessible and streamlined.
Simple Lens, an American company, offers hands-on coaching for sales leadership and revenue acceleration, specifically targeting high-growth companies.
In my role focusing on product management, I collaborate closely with the founder to develop and organize business components such as content, frameworks, and client documentation. Additionally, we are identifying business challenges and strategizing potential solutions to ensure our services effectively meet market demands and solve client-specific problems.
As a Product Manager, my main responsibilities in conducting business analysis and helping the founder productize his service include:

1. Identifying the Target Audience:

- Conduct market research to define the ideal customer profile(s).
- Segment the market based on demographics, psychographics, and behaviors.
- Identify the needs and pain points of these target audiences.

2. Creating Value Proposition:

- Develop a compelling value proposition that differentiates the product in the market.
- Test and refine the value proposition through customer feedback.

3. Collaborate In Building A Strategic Differentiation:

- Analyze competitors to identify gaps in the market and opportunities for differentiation.
- Determine the unique selling points (USPs) of the sales coach sessions and consulting product.
- Plan how to communicate these USPs effectively to the target market.

4. Channel Strategy:

- Identify the most effective marketing and distribution channels to reach the target audience.
- Develop a strategy for using these channels to acquire and retain customers.

5. Build a Roadmap:

- Prioritize initiatives based on their impact on the business goals and their feasibility.
- Create a detailed product roadmap with timelines for each initiative, including the development of the sales coach service.
The ongoing implementation of structured product offerings at Simple Lens is expected to significantly enhance the coach services by improving client engagement and optimizing service delivery.
