MAGNIF.IO : AI Search Dashboard

Magnio is an AI-powered search dashboard designed to help teams centralize information, search across multiple data sources, and retrieve insights faster. The platform combines intelligent search, document management, and conversational AI into a single, intuitive interface—enabling users to find answers without switching between tools.

The goal was to design a clean, scalable dashboard that simplifies complex search workflows while maintaining clarity, speed, and usability.

Modern teams struggle with scattered data across files, tools, and platforms. Traditional search systems are often slow, cluttered, and require manual effort to locate relevant information.

Key challenges included:

Making AI-driven search easy to understand and use

Handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data

Designing a distraction-free interface for focused searching

Supporting multiple workflows like chat-based search, file browsing, and integrations

Ensuring scalability for future features and data sources

I designed the experience around search as the primary action, ensuring users can start searching immediately without friction. The interface highlights search, suggestions, and AI responses upfront.

The layout uses a clean left navigation with clearly grouped sections, allowing users to move between:

Magnio includes an AI chat interface that allows users to ask questions in natural language. Responses are presented clearly, with context and hierarchy, making insights easy to consume and act upon.

I designed a dedicated integrations screen that visually organizes connected tools and data sources, enabling users to search across platforms from one place.

The file management experience was designed to feel familiar, with folder structures, upload states, and progress indicators—reducing the learning curve for users.
