The project involved:
Consolidating inventory, sales, purchase order, and receiving data.
Matching product records using SKU codes.
Tracking purchase orders and identifying outstanding or partially received quantities.
Performing stock reconciliation and identifying discrepancies.
Supporting purchasing decisions through sales trends, stock levels, and Pareto analysis.
Tools: Microsoft Excel, Data Cleaning, Data Reconciliation, Inventory Analysis.
