YowStay is a hotel management dashboard concept designed to help hotel teams manage reservations, room status, housekeeping, and daily operations from a single platform. The goal was to create a modern, easy-to-use interface that improves visibility across hotel operations and supports faster decision-making.

The Problem Hotel staff often rely on multiple tools and manual processes to manage reservations, room availability, housekeeping tasks, and guest requests. This can lead to communication gaps, slower operations, and limited visibility across teams.

Researched common hotel management workflows and user needs.
Identified key modules such as Reservations, Room Status, Housekeeping, and Analytics.
Structured the information architecture for quick navigation.
Designed wireframes and refined layouts to improve usability and visual hierarchy.
Built a clean and scalable UI system for future growth.

The login page here allows users to securely access their accounts. It features fields for username and password, with a “Forgot Password” option for recovery. Incorrect login attempts trigger an error message. The clean layout ensures easy navigation.

Home Dashboard
YowStay Homepage offers a real-time view of room availability, check-ins, staff productivity, and booking trends. It features a room status, track staff, and an upcoming booking list for efficient management.

The Room Status page is designed to help hotel staff track room availability, guest check-ins, and housekeeping requests in real time.


Each room is visually represented with a status indicator, helping staff quickly identify whether a room is booked, available, needs cleaning, or is under a "Do Not Disturb" request.

Room Details
The Room Status Details page provides an overview of a hotel room’s condition, including its number, floor, and type. A checklist allows staff to track housekeeping tasks like cleaning, replenishing amenities, and disinfecting surfaces.
The page also highlights assigned housekeeping staff, showing their work time, quality, and shifts. A “Lost Item” option ensures lost belongings are reported efficiently. Action buttons allow users to confirm task completion or flag issues, streamlining housekeeping operations.

The Lost Item modal helps admins report lost items efficiently. It records guest details, lost items, images, and the staff member who found them, ensuring smooth lost-and-found managemen

The Reservation page tracks hotel bookings, showing guest details, stay duration, and room types. Key metrics and status indicators help manage check-ins, checkouts, and occupancy.
The interface was designed with a focus on clarity, consistency, and usability. A structured grid system, consistent spacing, and clear visual hierarchy help users quickly scan information and navigate the platform with ease. Reusable components, intuitive interactions, and a clean modern aesthetic ensure a cohesive experience while supporting scalability as the product grows.
