Redesigning the Prospexs Platform for Enhanced Usability

Prospexs is an AI-powered lead generation platform for sales teams. When they approached us, their existing product had strong capabilities — but the interface was complex, outdated, and difficult to navigate, especially for new users.

Our role: Full UX/UI redesign of the platform, including user flows, dashboard structure, and visual design.

The challenge: Make the platform easier to understand and use without oversimplifying its advanced features.

Result: A clean, intuitive interface that supports both new and experienced users — improving usability, clarity, and perceived value of the platform.

Research & UX Audit We started by analyzing the existing platform, identifying usability issues, and understanding how users interact with key features. This included stakeholder interviews and a competitive analysis to align business goals with user needs.

Moodboarding To set the visual direction, we created moodboards exploring different UI styles — balancing a modern tech look with clarity and approachability.

Low-Fidelity Wireframes We mapped out core user flows and created low-fidelity wireframes to quickly prototype and test layout ideas. This helped validate structure and functionality before moving into visual design.

Initial Concept Design Based on feedback, we designed a visual concept for the main screens, focusing on clarity, hierarchy, and consistency. This stage helped define the tone and overall feel of the product.

High-Fidelity UI Design Once the concept was approved, we expanded it across all key screens with pixel-perfect detail. We ensured responsiveness, accessibility, and visual consistency across the platform.

Design System Creation To support scalability, we built a modular design system — including typography, colors, components, states, and documentation — ready for smooth handoff to developers.

Final Delivery We delivered all design files in Figma, including design specs and assets. Throughout the project, we maintained open communication and provided ongoing support to ensure seamless implementation.
