I was responsible for designing and developing their website and an advanced onboarding process that streamlines client communication, reduces revisions, and automates critical business functions such as payment processing and scheduling.

Modern, Premium Design: Create a visually engaging website that reflects Hexaflare’s innovative and premium brand identity.

Seamless Onboarding Experience: Develop a multi-step onboarding flow (Discovery, Contract Review, Payment, Scheduling, Dashboard) that collects detailed project information and sets clear expectations from the outset.

Integrated Payment System: Implement a secure Stripe-based payment system to process a 50% upfront deposit with the capability to automatically charge the remaining 50% upon project delivery—minimizing friction and the need for repeated card entries.

Client Portal & Scheduling: Build a client dashboard powered by Firebase for authentication and data management, and integrate Calendly for easy scheduling of kickoff meetings.

Admin Panel & Automation: Design an admin interface to manage client onboarding, customize project timelines, and manually trigger final payment processes as needed.

Frontend: Next.js (v15 with App Router), React, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, dynamic imports, and modern UI/UX design principles.

Backend: Node.js, Express, RESTful API design, Firebase Admin SDK, Stripe API integration, webhooks, and robust error handling.

Payment & Security: Stripe Checkout, SetupIntents, and off‑session PaymentIntents to enable secure, recurring payments without re-entering credit card details.

Automation & Integration: Experience with automation tools such as Make.com (formerly Integromat) for connecting various systems, as well as integrating third‑party scheduling tools (Calendly) and CRM systems (GoHighLevel).
