For this campaign, the concept stemmed from doing a full glamour shoot juxtaposed against a real and sometimes unglamorous work environment. I felt that it was important for the public to see the hard work necessary behind-the-scenes as well as to see our team as people. Additionally, to be able to perceive the people who are working to deliver the product to you being familiar with it closes the distance between the employees and the consumer.
For our team of eight, I created image references as well as styling and hair and makeup boards for each member according to their role. On top of that, I arranged with our dry cleaning vendor partner, who is also women-owned, to take part in the campaign. As dry cleaning is essential to our fashion rental model, we have worked closely with Duonini for the entirety of our business' life span.
