As a women-owned and run company, Style Lease strongly believes in female empowerment. For this year's edition of our annual celebration of International Women's Day, we decided to put a face to the people behind the brand, showcasing the team that enables the business to run smoothly.

For this campaign, the concept stemmed from doing a full glamour shoot juxtaposed against a real and sometimes unglamorous work environment. I felt that it was important for the public to see the hard work necessary behind-the-scenes as well as to see our team as people. Additionally, to be able to perceive the people who are working to deliver the product to you being familiar with it closes the distance between the employees and the consumer. For our team of eight, I created image references as well as styling and hair and makeup boards for each member according to their role. On top of that, I arranged with our dry cleaning vendor partner, who is also women-owned, to take part in the campaign. As dry cleaning is essential to our fashion rental model, we have worked closely with Duonini for the entirety of our business' life span.

Our campaign would be launched on social media via post and an IGS series, saved into a highlight on our profile page. For each personnel, I planned at least two image references, one of them posed and one at work. I also included an interview component with each member of the team, where I asked the following questions:

Tell us about yourself (What is your role? Where are you from?)

What do you love about your job?

What are your dreams?

This campaign resulted in the reach of 4500 unique accounts, and an average of 97 accounts engaged with each post.
