Role: I was the primary lead on this project and worked with marketing and business stakeholders, and the development team to develop the project.

Reviewed product offerings and competition from other services.

I identified the needs and constraints of the target user audience.

I developed concepts, designed mockups, and created an interactive prototype.

I iterated and refined the prototype based on feedback from team members, real users, and key stakeholders.

I conducted five 20-minute prototype walkthroughs with different users to test the concept, functionality, and usability.

After receiving feedback from users, designers, and key stakeholders, I iterated on the user flow and interaction design to create a final prototype walkthrough. I presented the final storyboard to the team and shared design findings with marketing and business stakeholders.
