In my role as a Lead Recruiter overseeing a team of six members, I assumed the responsibility of delegating key tasks and ensuring that weekly targets were consistently met. I actively collaborated with clients, project managers, and team leads to understand and establish precise employment requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
One of my significant contributions was the design and implementation of the company's internal hiring process, spanning from pre-employment procedures to final placement. This involved creating streamlined workflows and effective assessment criteria to identify top talent efficiently. I regularly reviewed and refined this process in collaboration with our executive team on a quarterly basis, seeking opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
Recognizing the importance of a robust recruiting network, I proactively cultivated relationships with external agencies, participated in industry conferences, and engaged in job fairs to build a highly responsive talent pipeline. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in training and mentoring junior recruiters, imparting successful strategies and best practices to expand their pool of desirable candidates and enhance their effectiveness in talent acquisition.
Through these initiatives, I facilitated the achievement of organizational objectives, fostered collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and contributed to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes within the company.
