This project focused on designing a robust B2B internet banking platform tailored for Unibank’s corporate clients. The main challenge was transforming complex financial operations into a fast, clear, and reliable digital experience that business users could trust and navigate effortlessly.

I led the product design process from UX analysis and user research to high-fidelity UI design in Figma. The platform enables companies to manage payments, transfers, accounts, approvals, and currency operations in one centralized environment. Special attention was given to usability, performance, and security, ensuring critical tasks can be completed quickly and with confidence.
The solution was built with scalable design components, clear information architecture, and consistent interaction patterns. It supports multi-role access, authorization flows, and high-volume transactions, helping businesses streamline internal workflows, reduce operational friction, and maintain full control over their financial processes.
Main Dashboard Overview The main dashboard provides corporate users with a clear, real-time overview of their financial status. Dark mode reduces eye strain during extended use, improves visual focus on key data, and maintains full clarity and consistency across all components without compromising usability or performance.

The card section presents users’ business cards in a clean, visually structured layout, making it easy to review balances and card details at a glance. Clear hierarchy, strong contrast, and consistent spacing ensure fast recognition of active cards while supporting quick access to related actions and transactions within the same workspace.

User research revealed key friction points in the existing internet banking experience and directly shaped the redesign direction. The findings emphasized the need for a clearer information structure, faster task completion, and a more trustworthy, premium visual language.
Insights showed that users struggled with dashboard clarity, transaction flows, and outdated interface perception. These results guided decisions around simplified layouts, clearer action hierarchy, and a modernized UI to improve confidence, efficiency, and overall usability.
