They provide comprehensive property services for landlords and tenants across many neighborhoods in and around Sacramento, including showing/rental leasing, tenant screening, rent collection, lease renewals, property maintenance, and more.

Discovery & Strategy
Understood the client’s core services and dual audience: (a) property owners seeking management, (b) tenants needing leasing, maintenance, etc.
Researched competitor property management sites in Sacramento to see what works well (usability, layout, content hierarchy).
Wireframing & Information Architecture
Mapped out key pages: Home, About, Services (with sub-pages), Tenant Information, Resources/Blog, Contact.
Designed clear navigation to let different user types easily find what they need (owners vs tenants).
Visual Design
Created high-fidelity mockups that communicate trust, professionalism, and /reliability — as these are important in property management.
Designed icons / imagery aligned with real estate / /housing aesthetics.
Service Page & Features Integration
Each service (like Rent Collection, Maintenance, Lease Renewals, etc.) was designed with /sub-pages or sections with features, process visuals, and calls to action.
Included a “Free Rental Analysis” form widget / call to action for lead generation.
Responsive & Usability Testing
Ensured that the site is legible & usable across devices (phones, tablets, desktops).
Tested CTA forms, contact links, navigation, load speed, etc.
Outcome / Impact
A clean, professional website that clearly communicates Accel’s full suite of services.
Improved clarity for prospective property owners & tenants, making it easier for them to find services and contact the company.
Enhanced lead conversion potential through visible calls to action and streamlined user flows.
