Designed and implemented complex Monday.com workflows, including delinquency tracking, equipment tracking, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Created a master property list and customized automation triggers for client's unique operational requirements.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
Authored SOPs for various property management tasks, such as tenant onboarding, lease renewals, and work orders, ensuring team alignment and clarity.
Organized SOPs into centralized Google Drive folders for easy access.
KPI and Data Management:
Built custom KPI trackers in Google Sheets and DOMO, integrating client’s data for real-time monitoring of performance metrics.
Developed comprehensive guides and processes to ensure accurate data import and reporting.
Client Support and Training:
Conducted training sessions and created Loom videos to support client’s adoption of new workflows and tools.
Regularly consulted with leadership to address process gaps and refine workflows based on feedback.
