Developed comprehensive guides and processes to ensure accurate data import and reporting.
Client Support and Training:
Conducted training sessions and created Loom videos to support client’s adoption of new workflows and tools.
Regularly consulted with leadership to address process gaps and refine workflows based on feedback.
