Multi-Role Access:  Built dedicated interfaces for clients, agents, and inspectors with tailored permissions and workflows suited to each user’s responsibilities.
Inspector Calendar Sync: Integrated Outlook calendar sync to allow inspectors to manage availability and block slots automatically when inspections are booked.
Manual Slot Management: Gave inspectors the ability to manually open or close specific time slots within a day.
Slot-Level Conflict Detection: Implemented conflict detection at the individual slot level, auto-blocking overlapping times when external calendar events are added.
Fallback Inquiry Flow: Implemented an automated fallback mechanism that notifies the HDMK office when no inspectors are available in the user’s area.
Agent-Scheduled Bookings: Enabled agents to schedule inspections on behalf of clients with automatic linking and profile-based autofill of relevant details.
Secure Custom Forms:  Policy-validated, schema-driven forms encrypt field-level data, capturing lockbox codes and special instructions securely.
Adaptive Booking Window: Dynamic hold timer self-adjusts to traffic and inspector load, maximizing slot utilization while minimizing abandoned reservations.
Temporary Slot Holds: When a user begins booking, the chosen slot is held across all inspector calendars for up to 7 minutes to prevent double-booking.
Multi-Inspector Scheduling Support: Enable users to invite multiple inspectors to a single appointment when overlapping availability exists, improving flexibility and speed.
Hyperlocal Inspector Discovery: Geo-fenced ZIP & GPS search with elastic indexing returns millisecond results.
Actionable AMP Emails: Interactive AMP emails embed sign, pay, and reschedule actions, delivering in-inbox workflows with graceful fallback HTML.
E-Signature Integration: Integrated a drawable e-signature interface where clients sign once and apply it across all marked sections of the agreement.
Service Agreement & Attachments: Attached agreements, state-specific practice standards, and cost breakdowns to every email for regulatory compliance and transparency.
Web Portal for Signing: Built a secure signing experience in a dedicated web portal with real-time status tracking and email confirmations.
Instant Payment Gateway: PCI-DSS-compliant gateway processes Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, and cards with partial-payment and refund workflows.
Status-Based Inspection Dashboard: Developed role-based dashboards where users can view appointments grouped by status of acceptance/completion.
Service Selection & Pricing Input: Inspectors confirm inspections by selecting required services and setting prices for each, with an automatic total cost breakdown.
Editable Inspection Details: Provided inspectors the ability to update inspection details before completion, including pricing, services, and scheduling information.
Detailed Inspection Notes Input: Built an intuitive form for inspectors to record post-inspection notes, findings, and descriptions in a structured layout.
Image Upload & Management: Allowed inspectors to upload, and organize high-resolution images alongside related inspection notes.
Automated PDF Report Generation: Automated the creation of polished, branded PDF reports combining inspection data, notes, and images for same-day delivery.
Report Email Distribution: Send final reports to all parties via email once inspections were completed and documentation was finalized.
