As head of paid media I was responsible for the entire paid media strategy for the recruitment of franchisees:
- Daily management, development and optimisation of paid media channels: Google ads, Bing ads, Social media ads
- Cold lead generation ads and Remarketing ads
- A/B testing copy, landing pages, graphics
- End-to-end tracking & reporting (extensive use of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager)
- Budgeting, forecasting, tracking of monthly sales and revenue, ROI, cost per sale, profit per sale, cash-flow, lead time
- Responsible for identifying (and tracking the performance of) the franchise listing sites to be part of
