As a Global Paid Media PO at Hilti Global, I was responsible for designing the strategy for paid media flows which are piloted in specific countires and then rolled out globally to all markets.
I created the strategy for the flows, brief the content team and media-buying agency, and I orchestrated the global roll-outs. I was accountable for the overall performance and responsible for the reporting (with methodology, forecast and ROAS) to heads of marketing in each country and to senior management within Hilti Global.
I was also in charge of the global SEA project, working alongside the markets to devise and launch experiments in order to create the blueprint for a global SEA strategy; as well as manage its execution with local markets, partners and stakeholders.
