Gadgets and electronic devices are almost like second nature to people these days. We need them to stay connected, organized, and sometimes even stay productive. The problem is just like almost everything else, there comes a time where your device gets sick and can't function properly. What do you do in this situation?

Action 🎯

Repair services for gadgets and electronic devices are not widely available. Sometimes, it may be very difficult to find a good repair service for a particular device type and model, which is why Fixus was created. Fixus is an online gadget repair service that enables users to order a repair of their devices and gadgets from the comfort of their homes. We know gadgets are supposed to get sick one way or the other, you can't do much about that. What you can do though is leave the fixing to us.

Results 📈



We worked on creating a system where users could enter details about their device, fund their wallets, and order our repair service for their device to get picked up and delivered after it had been fixed.



We believe sharing is caring. That is why we created a referral system that rewarded anybody that referred another potential customer.



Our wallet system was one of a kind as it provided a way for our customers to store money strictly for the care of their gadgets.

Why me? 🤔

I brought a lot of insights and contributions to the way the product was being built. I reiterated the importance of writing clean code as I focused a lot more on optimizing the web application for speed and performance.
