Overview

Djaya Enviro Consulting (DEC) is an environmental consulting firm specializing in licensing services, environmental studies, and regulatory compliance to support businesses and organizations in executing projects responsibly.
DEC needed a full website redesign and rebuild to reposition the brand as a trusted, modern consulting partner, while also functioning as a company profile, portfolio, and operational system. The new website had to clearly explain complex services, support client self-assessment, and build confidence for potential partners.
Timeline: 1.5 months (Design & Development)

Scope

✅ Redesign of 9 core website pages ✅ Responsive design for Desktop & Mobile ✅ Integration of Self-Screening Tools (Penapisan Mandiri) ✅ Website development & hosting on Webflow ✅ SEO-ready site structure ✅ Google Analytics implementation ✅ Light copywriting refinement for clarity and accessibility

Goals

Establish the website as a company profile and branding asset
Build trust and credibility for prospective clients
Present DEC’s services in a clear, structured, and professional way
Enable users to self-assess regulatory needs through screening tools
Support internal needs as a portfolio and ERP-supporting system
Improve conversion from informational traffic to qualified leads

Design Approach

1. Sitemap & Content Audit

We began with a full sitemap audit to identify gaps, redundancies, and unclear user paths. This helped us understand how users currently navigate DEC’s services and where confusion occurs.

2. Screening Tool Analysis

We analyzed DEC’s existing self-screening process to ensure it could:
Handle regulatory complexity
Remain intuitive for non-technical users
Guide users toward meaningful next steps

3. Revamp Sitemap & Business Flow

The sitemap and business logic were restructured to:
Improve service discoverability
Reduce friction in decision-making
Support conversion through clearer CTAs and screening flows

4. Visual Lock via Core Pages

We designed the Homepage and Services page first to lock:
Visual direction
Typography hierarchy
Content rhythm and tone
These pages became the foundation for the rest of the site.

5. Full Page Design & Screening Tool UI

Once the visual system was established, we designed:
Remaining core pages
Self-screening tool interfaces
Supporting pages such as blogs and informational sections

6. Development & Content Support

The website was developed in Webflow, with:
Clean CMS structure
Reusable components
SEO-ready layouts
We also helped refine existing content and proposed a new blog approach to educate users first, then guide them into self-screening paths that lead to conversion.

Results

✅ New, modern website design with integrated self-screening tools ✅ Fresh blog pages and interactive client maps ✅ Mobile responsiveness validated across 3 breakpoints ✅ ERP system, Screening Tools, and Maps embedded without technical errors ✅ Clean, reusable Webflow CMS structure (style guide, naming consistency, class reuse) ✅ Improved clarity, credibility, and usability across the entire platform
Through this project, HaloDesign Studio reinforces its position as a trusted design partner for B2B and impact-driven organizations. Delivering not just interfaces, but trust, clarity, and long-term growth.
