In just one month, I undertook a transformative journey to revamp my client's Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign, achieving remarkable results that significantly impacted their business. Faced with a challenging initial Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS) at 41.67%, my mission was clear: to optimize the campaign, reduce ACOS, and drive substantial sales growth, all while maintaining the same advertising budget.
The first step in this process involved a comprehensive analysis of the existing PPC strategy. I delved into the data, scrutinizing keywords, ad creatives, and campaign structures to identify areas of improvement. Implementing a data-driven approach, I carefully optimized keyword selection, bid strategies, and ad placements. Through rigorous A/B testing, I identified high-performing keywords and eliminated underperforming ones One of the key achievements of this project was the substantial reduction in ACOS. By fine-tuning the targeting parameters and optimizing bid management, I successfully brought the ACOS down from an initial 41.67% to an impressive 28.86%. Simultaneously, my efforts resulted in a notable surge in sales.
Despite keeping the advertising spend constant, the campaigns witnessed a significant uptick. Sales figures soared from £7503 to an impressive £10,905, underscoring the success of the revamped PPC strategy in driving tangible business growth.
