The first step in this process involved a comprehensive analysis of the existing PPC strategy. I delved into the data, scrutinizing keywords, ad creatives, and campaign structures to identify areas of improvement. Implementing a data-driven approach, I carefully optimized keyword selection, bid strategies, and ad placements. Through rigorous A/B testing, I identified high-performing keywords and eliminated underperforming ones One of the key achievements of this project was the substantial reduction in ACOS. By fine-tuning the targeting parameters and optimizing bid management, I successfully brought the ACOS down from an initial 41.67% to an impressive 28.86%. Simultaneously, my efforts resulted in a notable surge in sales.
