As a small team of 2 product designers we played a key role in enhancing the SoSecure app, from ADT, particularly in introducing the game-changing location-sharing feature. This project's main goal was to turn this emergency app into a everyday use app, ensuring a seamless experience with real-time location sharing for private groups and check-ins.

Product Strategy & Feature Ideation

Starting from the ground up, Nagarro and ADT went through the process of designing the SoSecure app and service with the Millennial audience in mind. Leveraging customer archetypes and competitive research, the teams created a new, appealing experience. Along the way, new features were suggested, iterated on, and integrated once approved.

Committed to make SoSecure an essential part of users' daily lives, we created a visually cohesive interface by prioritising the user experience. Our contributions covered ideation, wireframes, visual prototyping and usability testing.

We also implemented a design system within Figma, to standardise and facilitate the creative process. All efforts were made to ensure that SoSecure would be accessible to all users.
