Framer Web Design & Development for Real Estate Site

Overview

Designed and developed a modern Framer website for a real estate business, creating a clear and polished digital experience for visitors exploring property-related services. The website was shaped around a clean visual system, strong content hierarchy, and an intuitive path from the first page visit to inquiry.
Real estate websites often need to do several jobs at once: build trust, communicate services clearly, present listings or opportunities in an organized way, and make it easy for visitors to take the next step. This project focused on bringing those needs together in one responsive Framer website that feels professional, easy to navigate, and aligned with a nationwide real estate service brand.

Design Direction
The visual direction was built to feel confident, contemporary, and accessible. A structured layout, considered whitespace, bold but readable typography, and image-led page sections help the website communicate information without overwhelming visitors.
The interface was designed to support quick scanning and clear decision-making. Visitors can understand the core services, explore supporting information, and find relevant calls to action without having to work through dense or unclear page content.
Key design priorities included:
A clean, premium visual direction for a real estate services website
Clear navigation and a logical page hierarchy
Service-focused layouts that make information easier to scan
Strong calls to action placed at natural decision points
Responsive UI/UX for desktop, tablet, and mobile
Consistent components, spacing, and typography across the site
A layout system that can grow as new services or property content are added

UI/UX Design in Figma

I created the website design and user experience direction in Figma before development. This stage established the visual language and page structure, giving the site a cohesive framework for how users would browse services, learn about the business, and reach out.
The Figma design process covered the relationship between the main navigation, hero areas, service blocks, content sections, trust-building moments, and inquiry prompts. Every page section was designed with a clear purpose, helping visitors move through the site naturally rather than leaving them to search for essential information.

Website Structure

The page structure was planned to support a simple and focused visitor journey:
Introduce the real estate business and its core value clearly.
Explain the key services and who they are for.
Use supporting content and visual sections to build confidence.
Direct visitors toward an inquiry or next step with visible calls to action.

Responsive Real Estate Website Design

The design was considered across screen sizes so the experience remains usable on mobile devices as well as desktop. Typography, spacing, navigation behavior, and content blocks were organized to keep the site readable and simple to interact with on smaller screens.

Steps
Framer Development
After the design direction was established, I developed the website in Framer. The build translates the Figma design into a live, responsive website with reusable sections and a consistent interface throughout.
Framer was used to create a flexible website structure that supports ongoing updates while maintaining the visual quality of the original design. The development approach focused on clean page construction, responsive behavior, and a seamless transition between sections.
