My team and I were involved in the end-to-end development of Yours™, the first company in India to introduce the fractional ownership concept. Our task included creating a user-friendly website to educate and promote their services, as well as developing an application to manage bookings, issues, and other related tasks. The project involved nine team members and spanned from research to development.
