Higher Education Publications (HEP) is a trusted provider of comprehensive college admissions databases. They offer up-to-date contact information and institutional data for higher education professionals, vendors, and researchers.

THE BRIEF

When Mark and HEP came to us, their goal was clear: increase free trial signups and boost conversions.

THE PROCESS

To make that happen, we optimized Mark’s LinkedIn profile and developed a strategic outreach and content plan to grow brand awareness and drive more trial users. We also revamped their email welcome sequence to improve conversion rates, ensuring more trial users became paying customers.
To further strengthen their online presence, we implemented a consistent blogging strategy to enhance SEO and attract high-intent website traffic.

THE RESULTS

In just 9 months, we helped HEP achieve significant growth and stronger conversion rates. Mark’s LinkedIn follower count grew 10x. Jumping from 200 to over 2,000, with an average monthly reach of 1,550+. This increased visibility translated into 50 free trial signups per month on average. Additionally, by optimizing their email welcome sequence, we boosted their click-through rate from 2% to 6%, improving conversions from trial users to paying customers.
