Media Career Pathways is a program under ReelWorks, a non-profit organization that focuses on empowering NYC youth by providing flimmaking workshops. They take participants who have an interest in media and entertainment to learn and speak with professionals that work within the industry. At the end of the program, participants were broken off into teams to produce a 1-minute documentary on one of the Reel Works staff.

Our team consisted of 3 member. Video editor (me), a director, and a producer. We all agreed we wanted to highlight this Reel Works staff memeber and the work that they do. A lot of b-roll was planned in the office as it was a welcoming environment to staff, students, and participants alike. The real challenge was how can we achieve our objective in a minute.
