Cloud Computing Business Plan

In this research-based project, I was tasked by one of my UK-based clients to extensively research and propose a business strategy for a digital migration from an on-site infrastructure to a cloud-based infrastructure. Key elements to be highlighted were the fundamental concept of cloud computing, the major players in the market, and the pathway/framework an existing business can use to gain strategic advantage/efficiency via cloud computing.
The Business Plan was categorically divided into various cases as per the demands of the client as well as for better structuring of data and statistical figures. The Business Plan consisted of five Cases:
The Strategic Case
The Economic Case
The Commercial Case
The Financial Case
The Management Case.
I was also responsible for concocting specific conclusions and highlighting salient issues for further consideration.
The image displayed below is from the Financial Case section, where I statistically calculated the estimated impact of the cloud migration program on the organisation's income and expenditure account across five fiscal/financial years.
