Meeting Scheduling Modal Design

This modal allows users to schedule new meetings and view/edit existing ones without leaving the current page. It supports fields like title, date, time, notification preference, participants and description.

I focused on a clear layout with left-aligned structure and logical grouping of inputs:

Meeting Title — simple text input, always required.

Date & Time Pickers — designed for quick selection with intelligent defaults (nearest 30-minute slot and today’s date).

Participants — typeahead field with user avatars and email support.

Notifications — supports both Slack and Email

Description & Attachments — expandable area for agenda notes, files, or links.
