The client has trouble managing his lead through email inbox which leads to many missed opportunities, inefficient follow ups, and reduced customer experience.
Solution
A Notion page with the purpose to store and manage leads is built. This page categorizes leads into 4 categories based on the funnel stages; interested, meeting booked, awaiting proposal, and proposal sent.
The lead manager is automated in 4 ways to reduce the amount of manual work needed:
Data input: Inputting new leads through a Google Form instead of directly in Notion to avoid accidental mistakes.
Meeting Bookings: Meetings are booked with Cal.com. If a meeting is booked/changed/cancelled, it sends the information to the lead manager and links it to the corresponding lead.
Contract Creation: A new contract can be created based on a predefined template after inputting the relevant information.
Send Contract: Sends the generated contract with a click of a button
