Overview 🔎

I collaborated virtually with Hireline, a Mexican based company that connects Latin American tech talent with global employers interested in international expansion. The company worked in partnership with Venture Cafe Miami to host a networking event announcing their entrance into the US market. I built an idea of their company identity, marketing goals, and logistical needs to complete the project. To get a better sense of the company's personal history, I constructed a questionnaire with prompts designed to highlight their unique story.

Problem & Solution 🤝

Hireline is a Latin American based company whose primary language is Spanish. My job was to translate their story to English while retaining and communicating their unique brand image to the Miami market. I simultaneously worked to maintain the voice of Venture Cafe Miami, the organization hosting the event.
Goals/Requirements:
• Communicate brand image in a language foreign to the company. • Generate hype in the Miami innovation community at the prospect of expanding workbase into a global market. • Work virtually with multiple teams (HireLine and Venture Cafe Miami) to reach deadlines for production of different copy/marketing content, while retaining both of their brand images.

Process 🛣

I had a good idea already of the brand identity of Venture Cafe Miami, having worked with them previously on various projects. To gain a better idea of Hireline's identity, I:
Attended an initial meeting with their founder and marketing team.
Built my understanding of their brand image using tools like questionnaires.
Researched the company's background to round out my knowledge of the company.

Results 🎁

We created a marketing campaign that effectively communicated the brand of both images and generated hype for an event that proved to be important to Hireline's emmergence into a new market.
