Scout24 wanted a fresh take on its employer brand—less corporate, more human. The old career page felt outdated and impersonal. My task: create a page that resonates with real people while staying rooted in the Scout24 brand.
That intersection—strategic yet emotional, modern yet grounded—is where I do well.
What I did
Led creative direction and UX for the new career page
Ran workshops with HR, conducted user research with applicants
Crafted moodboards, interactive prototypes, and design explorations
Applied clean grids, warm tones, bold typography, and microinteractions
Ensured brand consistency while evolving key visual elements
Delivered full design specs, mobile views, and motion guidelines
Why it worked
The final page does more than list jobs—it tells a story. It feels warm, clear, and intentional. It reflects Scout24’s culture and makes a strong, modern first impression.
