Renew Wellness Clinic is a sanctuary designed to support women navigating perimenopause and menopause with compassion and care. A holistic-first clinic, they specialize in offering inclusive services that honor the diverse experiences of this life stage, focusing on holistic health and emotional well-being. The team of specialists provides personalized guidance in a modern, calming environment that encourages relaxation and renewal. Surrounded by serene design and soothing spaces, every detail of the clinic is crafted to promote comfort and peace of mind. At Renew Wellness Clinic, all women are empowered to embrace the menopause life transition with confidence, dignity, and the support they deserve.

Client Challenges

Renew Wellness Clinic was preparing for the launch of their new company and wanted to have a well-defined brand identity established to differentiate from competitors and provide a memorable customer experience to drive customer loyalty and enhance brand recognition.
The project began with the following client challenges:
The two Co Founders had differing opinions on the ideal brand positioning and wanted a strategist to come in and provide expertise to guide creating the brand identity.
Have a brand for Renew Wellness Clinic that feels authentic and genuine, showing what the brand is about to prospective clients. 
Feel confident about their new company as a "legitimate" small business - this was their first time the two Co Founders would be embarking on a self employment endeavor.

My Approach

I created and executed a structured approach to develop and design a brand identity strategy that addressed Renew Wellness Clinic challenges. 
Conducted industry research to understand the landscape for women’s wellness clinics in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Completed competitor research to learn the main six competitors for Renew Wellness Clinic.
Defined the brand mission, values, logo, colors, brand positioning, and brand messaging.
Conducted a focus group to get real-time feedback on tagline options, then worked with the Co Founders to finalize the tagline.
Created a brand asset kit with business cards, social media banners, brochures, flyers, and a presentation template.
