Summary
Virtual Assistant: Growth Coach for Belcorp Consultants project emerged as a proposal in the Belcorp International Hackathon 2023, where it advanced to the semifinals. The idea is to develop a virtual assistant that functions as a coach to empower Belcorp collaborators, providing them with collection strategies, promotion of new products, and campaign enhancement. Additionally, this assistant gathers valuable data for Belcorp, aiding in decision-making and the development of new projects. The platform will integrate with "Somos Belcorp," which the consultants are already familiar with.
Problem
Belcorp consultants face significant challenges in achieving success in their direct sales business of beauty products, such as L'Bel, Ésika, and Cyzone. These challenges include difficulty in acquiring customers, time management, staying updated on products, and competing with other consultants.
Goals
Empower Consultants: Provide effective tools and strategies through a virtual assistant to help consultants overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Facilitate Customer Acquisition: Offer strategies and support to help consultants expand their customer base.
Keep Consultants Informed: Provide up-to-date information on Belcorp's products and services.
Promote Consultant Loyalty: Create training, development, and reward programs to keep consultants engaged and motivated.

User Research

Consultant Profile:
Women aged 25 to 45, mostly married with children.
80% of consultants live in urban areas, and 20% in rural areas.
Consultant Motivations:
Generate additional income.
Start their own business.
Get discounts on beauty products.
Have a flexible job.
Connect with other women.
Consultant Challenges:
Acquiring customers.
Managing their time.
Staying informed about products and services.
Competing with other consultants.
Key Insights:
Appreciation of flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.
Need for support in acquiring customers and managing the business.
Desire to stay informed about Belcorp's products and services.

User Experience (UX)

In crafting the User Experience (UX), several key decisions were made to optimize the interaction between consultants and the AI-powered chatbot. These decisions were made with the following objectives in mind:
1. Streamlined and Personalized Assistance:
The decision to integrate an AI-powered chatbot was driven by the need for consultants to receive real-time responses and personalized assistance. By doing so, we aim to provide a highly responsive and adaptive experience that caters to individual needs.
2. Familiarity and Reduced Learning Curve:
The integration of the chatbot within the "Somos Belcorp" platform was a strategic choice to enhance user familiarity. This decision significantly reduces the learning curve for consultants who are already accustomed to the platform. By doing this, we aimed to boost overall user satisfaction, making the transition to the AI assistant seamless and intuitive.

User Interface (UI)

The User Interface (UI) design was meticulously crafted to serve the specific needs of the project. Each design choice was made with a distinct purpose:
1. Simplicity and Efficiency:
The deliberate choice to keep the UI design simple, featuring a chat interface with common chatbot functionalities, was motivated by the goal of providing an efficient and user-friendly experience. This straightforward design allows for easy navigation and quick access to essential features.
2. Focus on Usability and Accessibility:
The primary focus in UI design was on usability and accessibility. Every element was carefully considered to ensure consultants could interact with the chatbot effortlessly. This design decision promotes an inclusive and accessible experience, catering to a wide range of users.
3. Seamlessness and Functionality:
We prioritized seamlessness and functionality in UI design to ensure that the chatbot seamlessly integrates into the consultants' workflow. The design aligns with the Belcorp brand aesthetic, promoting a cohesive and professional appearance while emphasizing the core functionality required for a successful user experience.
