What I did

Led a distributed team of 40 across 6 functional groups (topology, detection/response, UI, interactions, QA) to deliver an AI-driven cybersecurity solution for African hospitals. Coordinated all subgroups, managed workflows in Jira and Notion, ensured QA and documentation accuracy, and acted as the main communication point between teams and stakeholders. Delivered a complete system architecture, threat response workflows, Figma prototypes, and presentation materials within a 3-month sprint.
