Built a digital product brand from zero. Defined the niche (women building income online), developed brand identity and tagline ("Digital products, honest content, real life"), and set up the full ecosystem: Selar storefront, Pinterest business account (@MbaleHub), and Substack blog. Researched pricing strategy for the African market, created the first product (Remote Meeting Script Kit priced at KES 300), and mapped out a content funnel connecting Pinterest traffic to the storefront.
