The main goal of this project was to evaluate the pre-built webstore based on a standard template, identify issues 
in the user flow, and address major UX and UI mistakes 
to enhance its functionality and increase conversion rates for both web and mobile versions.

A comprehensive analysis of UX patterns and the overall purchase flow, along with the redesign and enhancement of the home page, target buttons, menu structure, navigation, search results, filter features, product and cart pages, registration page, and footer.

The main objectives of the homepage are to showcase the new collection and encourage purchases while allowing users to explore popular items before navigating to the main catalog. The block structure is organized hierarchically for better clarity. Navigation through the catalog sections has been redesigned to be more user-friendly. Filter adjustments have been simplified for easier use. The search bar functionality has been carefully planned for optimal efficiency.

The product page is designed so that users can immediately see all product descriptions along with a button for instant purchase, both on mobile and desktop versions. Additionally, the option to save items as favorites has been added for users who are not ready to make a purchase decision right away but do not want to lose sight of products they like. Various button states and error messages have been refined for better user experience. The checkout page is thoughtfully designed following best practices to ensure a fast and convenient purchase process.

As a result, I helped enhance user experience and improve user retention rates.
