Overview of Slowé
Slowé is a Hong Kong-based e-commerce platform designed to connect consumers in Asia with curated conscious and independent brands from around the world. As the brand owner and Bubble developer, I built the marketplace from the ground up to enable seamless shopping experiences while promoting sustainable living.
My Role as a Brand Owner
1. Vision and Strategy
Developed the concept for Slowé to target Millennial and Gen Z consumers in Asia, focusing on sustainability and independent brands.
Defined the brand's mission, values, and value proposition for consumers and sellers.
2. Operational Execution
Sourced and onboarded brands that align with the platform’s sustainability standards.
Created marketing strategies and managed early customer acquisition efforts.
3. Quality Control
Authored a Quality Charter for Brands to ensure consistency and transparency.
Managed communications with brands and customers to maintain trust and engagement.
