This project focuses on the Korean 'Paw in Hand' mobile app, which connects animal rescue organizations and rescuers with potential adopters. The goal of this redesign was to create a more personalized and user-friendly experience for both potential adopters and rescue organizations.

I identified issues with the user flow and points of friction from multiple user perspectives by mapping out the information architecture (IA) of the current app and its content. Additionally, I tested the app and conducted research on actual experiences users had with it online.
