Objective:

The client, a lifestyle brand, wanted to automate their email marketing to increase customer engagement and drive sales consistently. My role was to set up Klaviyo from scratch, implement core automated flows, and ensure the brand's marketing was always "on," driving consistent revenue.

Execution:

I developed and launched the following automated email flows:
Welcome Series: To introduce new subscribers to the brand, build a relationship, and drive their first purchase.
Abandon Cart Flow: To recover sales by sending reminders to customers who left items in their cart.
Post-Purchase Flow: To thank customers, introduce upsells, and encourage repeat purchases.
Browse Abandonment Flow: To engage potential customers who viewed products but didn’t add them to their cart.

Results:

These flows resulted in a 20% increase in revenue from email marketing alone. Once set up, the brand's marketing was largely automated, allowing them to consistently generate profits without needing ongoing manual effort.
