Yumi ice cream parlor

I was mentoring the owner of an ice-cream parlor yumiicecream.co.uk He came to me with a request to help him structure and streamline his business so he can start replicating it on a franchise basis. We started the mentoring with the GROW system and I helped him develop his own collateral and we created a process so he can comfortably enter in interviews and present his franchise opportunity. By the 7th session of our mentoring, he found his first franchise partner which was a great success and I was really proud of his efforts.
