PROJECT : Raising awareness about education problems.
MY TASK : Creating a series of poster that raise awareness about limited access to education caused by high education fees.
The problem Education has become increasingly expensive, casting a shadow over the pursuit of knowledge and personal development. In recent years, the cost of education has skyrocketed, leaving many aspiring learners burdened by staggering tuition fees, exorbitant textbook prices, and mounting student loans. From preschool to university, the financial strain placed on students and their families has reached unprecedented levels. Higher education, once considered a stepping stone to a brighter future, has become a privilege accessible only to those who can afford it. The rising cost of education not only limits access for individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds but also contributes to growing wealth inequality. As education continues to serve as a cornerstone of personal growth and societal progress, addressing the issue of affordability has become an urgent imperative in ensuring equitable opportunities for all.
My approach to the problem:
Make the message clear
Keep it simple
Limited colour palette
Legible typography
Strong visual message
This poster embodies the essence of minimalistic style, employing a sparse selection of design elements to effectively convey and present its message. With simplicity as its guiding principle, the poster employs a limited color palette and embraces clean lines and subtle shapes. The typography is deliberately kept uncomplicated, allowing the message to be easily recognizable and effortlessly understood. By utilizing a minimalist approach, this poster achieves a harmonious balance between aesthetics and functionality, making a powerful impact through its uncluttered and refined design.
