CHILD LABOUR CAMPAIGN
For this awareness campaign, I designed a series of five posters centered around the message: “Children are meant to learn, not to earn.”
The creative challenge was finding a way to visually communicate the harsh reality of child labour in a way that was both emotionally resonant and immediately understandable.
I took a literal, direct approach, pairing common everyday products like food, clothing, and household items with imagery hinting at child labour behind their production. This juxtaposition was meant to provoke a personal reaction: to make viewers reflect on how something as simple as what’s on their table might be tied to a child’s lost childhood.
The goal was not only to inform but to unsettle, using simplicity and clarity to confront the viewer with an uncomfortable truth. The campaign served as a visual reminder that awareness is the first step toward change.
