Shopify Dropshipping eCommerce

As a Shopify Complete Dropshipping Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our dropshipping operations on the Shopify platform. From product sourcing and store setup to order fulfillment and customer service, you'll ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our customers while maximizing profitability for the company.

Product Sourcing: Research and identify profitable products to add to our dropshipping catalog, considering factors such as market demand, competition, and profit margins.

Shopify Store Setup: Create and optimize Shopify stores for dropshipping, including theme selection, customization, and app integration to enhance functionality and user experience.

Supplier Management: Establish relationships with reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to ensure timely order fulfillment and high product quality.

Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including order placement with suppliers, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and update product listings accordingly to prevent stockouts and maintain accurate product information.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing journey.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales to our dropshipping stores.

Performance Analysis: Analyze key metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize dropshipping operations.

Proven experience in e-commerce and dropshipping, preferably within the Shopify ecosystem.

Proficiency in Shopify platform setup and customization, including theme selection, app integration, and optimization for conversion.

Strong understanding of product sourcing, supplier management, and order fulfillment processes in the dropshipping model.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, is a plus.
