As a Shopify Klaviyo Marketing Specialist, you'll be instrumental in crafting and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to engage our audience, drive conversions, and foster long-term customer relationships. Leveraging your expertise in Klaviyo and e-commerce marketing, you'll develop strategies to maximize the effectiveness of our email campaigns and optimize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies using Klaviyo to drive revenue and customer engagement.
Segment our customer database to deliver personalized and relevant content tailored to different audience segments and lifecycle stages.
Design visually appealing email templates and content that align with our brand identity and messaging.
Implement automated email flows, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups, and more, to nurture leads and encourage repeat purchases.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to optimize email performance and conversion rates.
Analyze campaign results and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with our marketing, design, and product teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and product launches.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing and e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms in an e-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of email marketing principles, including segmentation, automation, deliverability, and engagement metrics.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
