As the technical and digital product leader of a sampling B2B2C marketplace app with 2 million users in 5 countries, I significantly improved the company's app rating from 2.1 stars to 4.8 on app stores, while also redesigning the infrastructure to enhance performance and security in AWS. Furthermore, I successfully launched a new vertical that generated a new income stream for the company. Tech stack: React Native, Firebase, Google Cloud Platform, Cloudinary, Ionic, AWS, MariaDB, PHP, MQTT server and IoT devices in vending machines.
