Ufounders is a B2B SaaS company that simplifies the complex task of raising funds by facilitating meetings with investors and managing the funding round from beginning to end. I have incorporated OKRs, KPIs, different product frameworks, and a data-driven mindset into the company. Additionally, I am responsible for managing up to 20 people across different product teams, including tech, design, product, customer, data, and community.
