Despite the currently low usage of season tickets among individual consumers, which can limit long-term buyer acquisition, the potential exists to revolutionize the industry by developing a robust ecosystem that combines virtual currency and venue-commerce.
By implementing this innovative system, season ticket holders can exchange unused tickets back to the stadium for a virtual currency, which can then be used to purchase goods and services within the venue. This not only enhances the value of their season tickets but also encourages greater engagement with stadium commerce.
Merchants can further elevate the customer experience by rewarding loyal season ticket holders with exclusive incentives, such as early access to the venue, recognition for attendance streaks, bonuses for reaching spend thresholds, and special member status. This approach not only fosters a sense of loyalty among season ticket holders but also serves as a catalyst for driving continuous innovation and value creation in the stadium commerce landscape.

Mobile Wallet

As the use of venue currency becomes more prevalent, we understood the importance of providing our customers with a truly delightful purchasing experience. To this end, we set out to create a mobile wallet that would not only streamline the transactional process, but also elevate the overall hierarchy of how users perceive the wallet.
While our first iteration of the mobile wallet was functional, it was limited in terms of its features and only allowed users to view their balance or transfer funds. However, with the latest version of the mobile wallet, we have taken things to the next level. Now, users can seamlessly navigate through the interface to quickly and easily make purchases with their virtual currency.
With just a few taps on their mobile device, customers can browse through various categories, select the products or services they want, and complete the transaction in a matter of seconds. The new and improved mobile wallet not only provides a streamlined and intuitive purchasing experience, but also empowers users to take control of their spending by providing them with detailed information about their transactions and balances.
Overall, the enhanced mobile wallet represents a significant leap forward in terms of usability and convenience, and we are confident that it will revolutionize the way customers think about making purchases with their venue currency.

Rich Checkout

As we sought to address the challenge of unreliable Wi-Fi connectivity at venues, we developed a solution that revolutionized the payment processing experience. By simply scanning a QR code, guests can effortlessly opt to pay their bill using either a credit card or virtual currency through the mobile checkout interface. Official Patent

In 2022 VenueNext announced that it's innovative "rich checkout" method of payment has been officially granted a patent.
